About Us
Ergo Global was founded in 2018.
Our Mission: To engage people in a conversation about how to improve the quality of their working life, educate on what ergonomics can do for them and elevate their working experience.
Our Vision: To improve the quality of life through ergonomics.
Our Objective is to understand physical capabilities and work demands to reduce risk within the workplace, increase productivity and overall comfort and worker satisfaction. We work to tell as many people as possible that the commonly felt neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain frequently experienced by office workers is not normal and that some small changes can have a huge impact in reducing or eliminating these pains entirely.
Our two most commonly used phrases are:
1. Prevention is key and One size DOES NOT fit all
2. We are all different shapes and sizes, we have different work roles and demands, no two personal and professional situations are the same, therefore every workstation setup is unique to the individual and we must fit the work to the worker.
What makes Ergo Global different?
At Ergo Global we are a dedicated to providing ergonomics services which meet the specific and individualised needs of our clients. Our team comprises of a global network of Ergonomists with globally recognised ergonomics accreditations and certifications as well healthcare backgrounds such as Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy. Our overall aim is to use our wide-ranging skillset and knowledge to reduce risk within the workspace while improving comfort, satisfaction, and productivity of workers.
Prevention is key
Our ability to analyse activities in detail while considering individual capabilities means that we are always a step ahead with regards to prevention. We know that small changes can make a big difference. Environmental modification, task modification and behavioural advice and education is key to preventing issues associated with work demands.
One size does NOT fit all
Our interventions include optimising environmental set ups either with existing equipment or through the procurement of equipment as required. We also provide advice on the modification of tasks as necessary; we do this by considering that all individuals are different. Every individual workspace needs to meet the unique demands of its user.
