Ergonomics Talks and Educational Workshops

Formal and interactive talks within a meeting space or through video conferencing on relevant topics relating to Ergonomics. These talks can happen as standalone events or can be as part of a larger safety, health or family event.

What are the most common talks that we do?

  • Basic Ergonomics
  • How to set up your workstation
  • Ergonomics on the move
  • Ergonomics at home
  • Working in a ‘hot desking’ office

Train the Trainer

One or two day train the trainer workshops and training courses for up to 30 participants. The workshops are designed for key members of staff to be able to assist colleagues with setting up their workstations. The aim of this workshop is to provide participants with basic knowledge and skills in the areas of occupational health and safety and ergonomics, including the ability to provide education on neutral posture and workstation setup. This knowledge can be applied in any workplace and is particularly useful when relocating and on-boarding.

Yes! For example. we incorporate stretching, we engage employees in setting up their own workstation in real time with us and we welcome questions throughout our sessions.

We customise the talks to suit you as opposed to just reeling off the same talk every time. We ensure that the talk is relevant to those attending and also provide internal information where required; for example, where employees can get further support, find out about other talks, etc.

Our talks are usually 45 minutes with a 15 minute Q&A session. Within the 45 minutes, we have a 5-minute stretch session to encourage movement and show how people can incorporate simple stretches into their working day.
